Regardless of whether Mohammad Shariatmadari is present or not, this event occurs in a situation where, why does the Oil Minister, with the special support and negotiation of the head of the Oil Industry Protection Organization, Hamed Ezadi, also known as Hashmat Ilka, make such a major mistake?
