Mohsen Abdollahi: Issuing a deed for the mainland is meaningless
Mohsen Abdollahi, an international law professor, wrote on his Twitter page in response to yesterday’s remarks by the judiciary spokesperson about the issuance of deeds for the three islands in the name of Iran by the National Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties. He stated that while issuing a deed for the mainland is meaningless, issuing a deed for all Iranian islands that are not connected to the mainland is necessary. These documents are crucial in the long term to demonstrate effective control and ownership of Iran over its islands.
