Mohsen Rezaei: The actions of the UAE government towards Iran are suspicious

Mohsen Rezaei, a member of the Expediency Discernment Council, described the actions of the United Arab Emirates government towards Iran as suspicious in an interview with Al Mayadeen TV and accused this country of transferring Israeli spies to Iranian islands in the Persian Gulf during the recent war.

Rezaei, referring to the Iran-Iraq war and the foreign investments of the Islamic Republic in the UAE that were made after the end of this war, said: The Gulf countries supported Saddam for eight years. Did we take revenge on them or seek revenge after the war ended? On the contrary, the nations of the region should know that more than 600 billion dollars of Iranian money has gone to the countries of the region, to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, for investment and trade.

Rezaei continued by referring to the missile attack incident on the US embassy in Saudi Arabia during the war, emphasizing that the Islamic Republic had no role in this attack, and accused the UAE of playing a role in this attack by transferring Israeli spies to Iranian islands.
