Mojtahedzadeh, the Lawyer, Breaks the Death Sentence of Toumaj Salehi, but the Costs Are Irreparable

Mojtahedzadeh, the lawyer, believes the death sentence of Toumaj Salehi will be overturned, but the costs incurred cannot be compensated.

Ali Mojtahedzadeh wrote in the Ettelaat newspaper that when a verdict causes disgrace to the judiciary, makes people distrustful, and even discredits religion, it is natural that it should not be issued. Of course, the majority of judges in our country are reasonable, expert, and capable individuals, but among them, there are some judges who issue verdicts that do not align with the judicial efforts made.

Like many of my legal colleagues, I believe this verdict will be overturned, but the question that needs to be answered is how the irreparable costs that result from such verdicts, both domestically and internationally, can be compensated.
