The acting president, in a directive to the managers of executive bodies, declared any promotional activity in favor or against electoral candidates using any means or resources of an official and governmental nature as prohibited and a criminal offense.

Mohammad Mokhber stated in a directive that, referring to Article 68 of the Presidential Election Law and its subsequent amendments, any promotional activity in favor or against election candidates using governmental resources is prohibited, and executive bodies must ensure proper oversight in this matter and take appropriate legal action against potential offenders.
