Biden is set to hold a special meeting with his national security and foreign policy team, which will naturally not be dedicated to receiving new information and routine discussions. Biden has certainly reached the decision-making stage and, after interactions and talks with Iran and Israel through various channels, must plan for serious actions and the options ahead. Another key event is Biden’s conversation with Jordan’s King Abdullah, and it is clear that the Jordanian king will convey his assessments of what the Jordanian foreign minister received during his trip to Iran to Biden. Biden can extinguish the flames of war. These are not all of Biden’s stories for Monday. Today, Biden will also witness the finalization of Kamala Harris as the vice-presidential candidate for the upcoming U.S. elections, and his opinion will certainly influence Harris’s decision.
