Mr. Nili wrote in a tweet that Mehdi Yarrahi stated in this call that he has no physical or mental issues and is fine.

This protest singer was arrested on the sixth of Shahrivar. The arrest of this songwriter and protest singer took place two days after it was announced that a legal case had been filed against him.

The judiciary’s media announced that the case was related to the release of an illegal song that was against the morals and norms of the Islamic society.

Mehdi Yarrahi had recently released the song ‘Roo Sari To’ in support of girls and women protesting against mandatory hijab.

This song is a cover of his song ‘Az Khodet Khabar Biyaar,’ which was released 10 years earlier.
