Mousavian, Former Member of the Nuclear Negotiation Team: With Direct Negotiations, Our Chances of Agreement Are Higher

Mousavian, a former member of the nuclear negotiation team, says with direct negotiations our chances of agreement are higher.

Hossein Mousavian, a diplomat and former member of the Islamic Republic’s nuclear negotiation team, stated that progress in indirect negotiations can lead to direct negotiations. He wrote on the X platform that the chance of reaching an agreement is greater and faster with direct negotiations, especially if they take place in Tehran.

He mentioned that Vitkoff’s visit to Tehran increases the chance of reaching a respectable agreement and added that wasting time is not in the interest of either country.
