The Munich Security Conference commenced on Friday, February 17th (28th of Bahman) with a speech by Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine.

In his remarks, Mr. Zelensky called for accelerating efforts to assist Ukraine, stating, ‘We must hurry. We need to speed up agreements and the delivery of equipment to stop Russia.’

The Ukrainian President, who participated in the session via video call, added, ‘The issue is not just that Ukraine must win; the issue is that Goliath must lose, and there is no alternative to Ukraine’s victory in this war.’
