Nasaji Mazandaran Qualifies for the AFC Champions League

Nassaji Mazandaran qualified for the AFC Champions League

The Nassaji Mazandaran football team, the champion of the Iran Hazfi Cup, directly qualified for the AFC Champions League matches

Next season will be the last AFC Champions League in its current format; the Asian Football Confederation announced the final allocation for the last season of the AFC Champions League, which is the 2023-2024 season

In this allocation, Iran succeeded in obtaining a 3+1 quota, whereas previously, our country’s quota was 2+2

From the 2024-2025 season onwards, the AFC Champions League will no longer be held, and according to the AFC, club competitions will be conducted at three levels: grades 1, 2, and 3

Thus, Nassaji Mazandaran, as the champion of the Iran Hazfi Cup, will participate directly in the AFC Champions League as one of Iran’s three representatives
