A member of the National Security Commission says that after incidents occur in the country, there is no one to take responsibility.

Shahriar Heydari currently states that one of our problems is that when incidents occur in the country, there is no one to come forward, accept responsibility, and admit that we have been negligent somewhere, and ultimately apologize.
