Navy's 86th Fleet Docks in Cape Town

Navy Group 86 of the Army docked in Cape Town

Navy Group 86 of the Iranian Army, consisting of the Dena and Makran ships, docked at the port of Cape Town, South Africa

Fars News Agency, by publishing images, stated that Navy Group 86 of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army, consisting of the Dena destroyer and the Makran logistics ship, began its worldwide mission last October

These ships had previously stopped at the port of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Earlier, Reuters, citing informed sources, reported that Brazil, yielding to U.S. pressure, had postponed the docking plan of two Iranian warships in Rio de Janeiro

However, a spokesperson for Brazil’s Foreign Ministry denied this issue, stating that the change in the docking time of the Iranian ships in the port of Rio de Janeiro was unrelated to Brazil and the U.S., and was merely a change in the ships’ schedule
