Netanyahu: Whether with America or without, we will attack Rafah
Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, announced on Friday, March 22, that in a conversation with Antony Blinken, the U.S. Secretary of State, he told him that Israel would carry out a ground attack on Rafah in Gaza with or without U.S. support.
The Israeli Prime Minister, after meeting with Antony Blinken in Tel Aviv, said that there is no way to defeat Hamas without entering Rafah and destroying the brigades that still remain there. I told Antony Blinken that I hope to do this with U.S. support, but if necessary, we will accomplish this alone.
Antony Blinken has traveled to the Middle East for the sixth time since the start of the Gaza conflict, aiming to negotiate a ceasefire in this war.
