Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, has asked his 250 million followers on social media to cancel their subscriptions to the online streaming platform Netflix due to what he described as transgender advertising.

Mr. Musk has pointed to Netflix’s efforts for diversification and also the animated series Dead End Paranormal Park as reasons to abandon this platform.

The way Netflix covered the assassination of political activist Charlie Kirk has also been deemed disrespectful by conservatives.

Mr. Musk has a transgender daughter with whom he has no relationship.

The owner of the X platform said to cancel Netflix for the health of your children.

The value of Netflix shares fell by 2% on Thursday on Wall Street.
