New Claim by Imam Khomeini Seminary: Sedighi Signed the Document at the Notary Office

The new claim by the Imam Khomeini Seminary: Sedighi has signed the document in the notary office.

Following the land-grabbing allegations attributed to Kazem Sedighi, the temporary Friday prayer leader of Tehran, and his sons, the institute managed by him, the Imam Khomeini Seminary of Tehran, has issued a new statement. It acknowledged the violations that occurred and stated that an order has been issued for the land to be returned to the seminary.

Previously, Yashar Soltani, an active journalist inside Iran, had published documents claiming that the ownership of a 4,200 square meter garden, valued at approximately one trillion tomans, in the Ozgol area of Tehran, which belonged to the Imam Khomeini Seminary of Tehran, had been transferred to a non-commercial institute called the Followers of the Thoughts of Qaem. The owners of this institute include Kazem Sedighi and several of his sons.
