Zahra Kargar, a French literature student at Shiraz University, was arrested by security forces on October 3rd and was released from Adel Abad Prison in Shiraz on November 7th with a one-year prison sentence under electronic monitoring, restricted to a 1000-meter radius with an ankle bracelet.
