Next Year's Income Tax Exemption Ceiling Set at 10 Million Tomans

The tax exemption ceiling for salaries next year has been set at 10 million Tomans.

With the approval of the Members of Parliament, the tax exemption ceiling for salaries in the year 1402 has been increased to 10 million Tomans per month.

In the 1402 budget bill, the government had proposed the tax exemption ceiling for salaries to be 7 million Tomans.

According to Part 1, Clause V, Note 12 of the single article of the 1402 budget bill, the annual tax exemption ceiling as per Article 84 of the amended Direct Tax Law of 1394 is set at 1,200,000,000 Rials for the year 1402.
