Night Markets of Shush and Molavi to be Closed

The Shush and Molavi night markets will be shut down

In a situation where rampant inflation and rising prices have made life increasingly difficult for the underprivileged, Commander Abbas Ali Mohammadian of the Greater Tehran Police Force stated on Wednesday, February 22, that the street vendors around Shush Square and Molavi Street in Tehran will be removed in the coming days to prevent the sale of stolen goods in such areas.

Mohammadian also mentioned that houses that have been turned into centers for the consumption and distribution of drugs have been identified by the police and will be dealt with accordingly.
