No Motorcyclist Was Run Over by Officers in the County of Fanouj

The police force in the county of Fanuj has not run over any motorcyclists.

After it was reported that police officers in the county of Fanuj in the province of Sistan and Baluchestan ran over the riders of two motorcycles, a police official in this province, while confirming one death and several injuries, provided a different account of the incident.

Following this incident, people in Fanuj gathered in front of the county’s police department, which was met with gunfire, resulting in several injuries.

The Hal Vash news agency, which covers human rights news in Sistan and Baluchestan, wrote that according to the latest information received by Hal Vash, a 16-year-old teenager was killed, and three motorcyclists were injured due to being run over by a police vehicle, and three other citizens were injured due to gunfire by the officers.

According to this news agency, another person who was run over is in a coma.
