North Korea has not responded to calls from its southern neighbor.

Yonhap News Agency reported that North Korea has not responded to calls from its southern neighbor over the past two days.

According to ILNA, citing Yonhap, North Korea has not responded for two days to calls from its southern neighbor through the military communication line and to efforts to contact through the inter-Korean communication line.

Previously, South Korea’s Ministry of Unification announced that the daily call through the inter-Korean communication line did not take place on Friday morning, despite there being no issues on their side.

According to the news agency, for the second consecutive day, no response has been received from North Korea through the military communication line.

According to this report, communication between the two Koreas usually takes place daily at 9 AM and 5 PM through two communication lines.

Yonhap emphasized that the inter-Korean communication line is only active on weekdays, but the military line operates without interruption every day of the week.
