The Nowruz celebration was held at UNESCO

The anniversary of Nowruz was celebrated with the participation of ten countries: Iran, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and India.

On Tuesday, March 14, corresponding to the 23rd of Esfand, a ceremony was held at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris to mark the anniversary of Nowruz, with the participation of ten countries: Iran, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and India, coordinated by Iran.

At this event, Ahmad Pakatchi, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to UNESCO, and Firmin Matoko, the Assistant Director-General for International Affairs of UNESCO, gave speeches.
