Obama's Reaction to the Biden-Trump Debate: Biden Sent a Strong Message to His Rival

Obama’s reaction to the Biden-Trump debate: Biden sent a strong message to his rival.

Former U.S. President Barack Obama acknowledged that Joe Biden performed poorly during the first 2024 election debate, but at the same time, he sent a strong message to his rival Donald Trump.

Obama wrote in a message on the social media platform X, ‘A bad debate happened, I know you trust me, but this election is still a choice between someone who has fought for ordinary people throughout his life and someone else who only cares about himself.’

He continued in his message, ‘This election is between someone who tells the truth, distinguishes right from wrong, and delivers it directly to the American people, and someone else who weaves lies for his own benefit. The debate did not change this, and that’s why there is so much at stake in the November election.’

The first 2024 U.S. presidential election debate took place on Thursday night, with Democratic candidate Joe Biden and Republican candidate Donald Trump commenting on various issues.
