The Minister of Oil: We will not yield an inch of Iran’s rights in the Arash field

The Minister of Oil, referring to Iran’s shared oil and gas fields with neighboring countries in the Persian Gulf, said we will not yield an inch of Iran’s rights in exploiting the Arash field.

Javad Owji, on Wednesday, on the sidelines of the cabinet meeting, told reporters that Iran has several shared gas and oil fields with neighboring countries and added, thankfully, these fields are being exploited through mutual understanding.

He also announced that Phase 11 of South Pars will be operational next week as the last offshore phase of South Pars, with a daily production of 12 to 15 million cubic meters, and it must be said that this phase has been completed entirely during the thirteenth government.

The Minister of Oil reminded that Phase 11 of South Pars has been completed three years ahead of schedule.
