The people of Finland once again topped the list of satisfaction this year.
For the sixth consecutive year, Finland was identified as the country whose people have the highest percentage of satisfaction with their well-being and life.
According to the annual happiness report released on Monday, March 20, on the occasion of International Day of Happiness, all Scandinavian countries in Northern Europe are ranked among the top ten happiest countries.
This ranking is based on data from the global polling institute Gallup, and it measures citizens’ happiness based on criteria such as economic welfare, healthy life expectancy, social support from the government, job security, low administrative corruption, and freedom in personal life decision-making.
The feeling of comfort and satisfaction with well-being and life, which is addressed annually in this survey, is separate from the issue of happiness and joy of individuals, and in this ranking, there is no mention of criteria and levels of happiness in societies like Finland.
