Pakistani Foreign Minister Invites Araqchi to Islamabad in a Call

The Foreign Minister of Pakistan invited Araqchi to Islamabad during a call.

Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, had a phone conversation with Seyed Abbas Araqchi, the Foreign Minister of Iran, discussing regional and international developments, including the situation in East Jerusalem.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan announced that Ishaq Dar invited Araqchi to visit Islamabad at the earliest opportunity during this call.

This call took place while Araqchi is currently in Najaf, and Pakistan has recently played the role of mediator between Iran and the United States.
