Paknejad, the Oil Minister, contributed 500 billion Tomans to religious seminaries as part of social responsibility

Paknejad, the Minister of Oil, said, ‘As part of social responsibility, we have donated 500 billion tomans to seminaries.’

Mohsen Paknejad, the Oil Minister in the Pezeshkian administration, responded to a reporter’s question about the allocation of a 500 billion toman financial aid to seminaries by saying, ‘Since the beginning of the fourteenth government, no such amount has been allocated under social responsibilities.’

According to reports, during the thirteenth government and during Ebrahim Raisi’s provincial trip to the city of Qom, the financing of several projects in this province was entrusted to the National Iranian Oil Company. Among these commitments was a financial aid of 500 billion tomans for the construction, completion, and equipping of religious schools and seminaries.
