A Member of Parliament suggests reaching an agreement may take time
Ali Alizadeh, a member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Parliament, in an interview with ILNA regarding the latest status of the JCPOA revival negotiations between Iran and the JCPOA member parties, suggested that reaching an agreement may take time.
In part of this interview, he stated that after the European proposal, which seemed to have been accepted by the United States as well, was presented to Iran, Iran, seeking an agreement, accepted it with 23 minor conditions and was ready for an agreement. As a result, it was expected that the United States would also consider these 23 conditions, and reaching an agreement seemed very close. However, this assumption was incorrect. The behavior of the American side has recently become somewhat different from before. Consequently, given the recent U.S. note, it is possible that reaching an agreement may take time.
