Parliament Member of Tavanir and Abfa Do Not Cooperate to Solve Water and Electricity Issues in Zabol

Members of the Tavanir and Water and Wastewater Management are not cooperating to solve the water and electricity issues in Zabol.

The representative of Zabol in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, referring to temperatures over 50 degrees Celsius and 120-day winds accompanied by dust, stated that there has been no cooperation from the Tavanir and national Water and Wastewater Management regarding the water and electricity outages in Zabol.

On Tuesday, July 6th, Mohammad Sargazi, in an interview with ILNA, mentioned that 300 citizens in Zabol were hospitalized due to dust storms, stating that currently, the weather in Zabol is extremely hot, water is in a dire situation, and electricity is experiencing fluctuations, with very limited assistance from the Tavanir and Water and Wastewater Management.

Dust storms and the intensification of the phenomenon of fine dust particles have repeatedly challenged the lives of residents in the northern regions of Sistan and Baluchestan, particularly in the cities of Zabol, Zahak, Hamun, Hirmand, and Nimruz over the past few weeks.
