I want to assure the people that according to the existing law, namely the Islamic Penal Code enacted in 2009, any unauthorized access to individuals’ personal data and information is a crime, and certainly, there will be strict legal action against those who engage in such unauthorized access. Therefore, people should trust the country’s internal devices and systems in this regard.

We also brought this up in the commission and talked to the minister, stating that if the domestic platforms are unable to take necessary actions within the given timeframe to fix issues and enhance their infrastructure, there is a possibility of moving towards purchasing a strong foreign platform.
