Pezeshkian’s Trip to China

According to Mehdi Sanaei, the political advisor to the President, Masoud Pezeshkian will travel to China on Sunday, August 31st, to participate and speak at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Shanghai Plus summit, which will be attended by more than 30 countries.

During this trip, important meetings with some country leaders, including Xi Jinping, the President of China, have been planned.

Pezeshkian emphasized that Iran is interested in having serious and constructive cooperation with China in the Belt and Road strategic initiative.
