Poisoning of Students in Saqqez Schools

On Monday, May 1st, the human rights organization Hengaw reported suspicious poisoning of students in the girls’ schools of Bent al-Hoda and Me’raj in Saqqez.

In a statement released on Friday, April 28th, as the final result of its investigation, the Ministry of Intelligence of the Islamic Republic once again claimed that student malingering and collective panic were the main factors in the spread of chain poisonings in predominantly girls’ schools in the country.
