Mehdi Faraji, a former manager at IRIB and the IRIB supervisor for the production of Paytakht, announced the possibility of closing the case on the production of the Paytakht series.

In part of his interview with Tasnim, Faraji said, regarding the Paytakht series, I must say that I doubt a new season will be produced because it’s become somewhat difficult; people have become separated, distanced, and involved in other work.

Being able to gather them all together again at a specific time and under certain conditions to produce the work has become difficult.

Although I am personally very hopeful, and I pray that, God willing, one day we will make Paytakht 7.
