Possibility of addressing the complaint case of the Kian Pirfalak family

Sajad Pirfalak, Kian Pirfalak’s uncle, has released a report from Davood Shah Vali, the family’s lawyer, indicating that the public and revolutionary prosecutor’s office of Izeh has referred their complaint case to the military prosecutor’s office of the provincial center.

On the night of November 16th, security forces of the Islamic Republic, by firing several live bullets at the vehicle carrying the Pirfalak family, caused the death of Kian, a 9-year-old child, and severely injured his father.
