The proposal for establishing the Judiciary Protection and Intelligence Organization is on the parliament’s agenda
According to Iranian media, Iranian parliament members are set to address the proposal for establishing the Judiciary Protection and Intelligence Organization in addition to reviewing the Hijab and Modesty bill in the parliament’s open session this week
The details of the proposal for establishing the Judiciary Protection and Intelligence Organization were reviewed in the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission last February, and it is set to be placed on the parliament’s agenda for final review
It is said that this proposal is aimed at preventing and identifying various forms of corruption within the judiciary, as well as countering any pressure, threats, bribery, and deception against judiciary officials and staff
Additionally, part of the powers and duties of this organization in the mentioned proposal includes providing information and reports on important and sensitive judicial cases under the supervision of the competent judicial authority to counter global imperialist propaganda and the misinformation spread by adversaries and opponents
