Protest against an assault on a student by a Snapp driver
According to reliable sources, after a Snapp car entered the dormitory and the driver finished the trip, he attempted to assault one of the female students present in the dormitory and tried to forcefully put her in the car. Upon hearing the screams of the student, other people in the area came to her aid and the driver fled.
After this unfortunate incident, the students gathered and Mr. Atar, the university president, Mr. Heydari Far, the head of the university security, and Mr. Shoroshini, were present in the dormitory, trying to calm the situation and disperse the students.
This student dormitory, located outside the city, lacks any proper amenities and transportation facilities, and the students’ protests and follow-ups have yielded no results for a long time.
