Qalibaf Returned to Iran After Trip to Qatar

Ghalibaf returned to Iran after a trip to Qatar

Iranian media reported that Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly and Iran’s chief negotiator, has returned to the country after a trip to Qatar.

Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister, and Abdolnaser Hemmati, the Governor of the Central Bank of Iran, accompanied Ghalibaf on this trip, but no reports about their return have been published yet.

According to official reports, the Iranian delegation’s trip to Doha was centered on discussions about Iran’s blocked assets.

Iranian media had reported yesterday about reaching some agreements in this area, but the details or official results of these negotiations have not yet been released.
