Qatar's Prime Minister to Visit Tehran on Thursday

The Prime Minister of Qatar will travel to Tehran on Thursday

Ismail Baghaei, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced that Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, will travel to Tehran on Thursday

Baghaei said this visit is part of the ongoing consultations between Iran and Qatar to expand bilateral relations and strengthen regional peace and security

He pointed out Qatar’s mediating efforts in recent months and added that the Qatari Prime Minister will discuss with Iranian officials the continuation of these efforts and initiatives to reduce tensions as well as other regional developments
