Mizan News Agency, the media outlet of Iran’s judiciary, reported that according to Qom’s prosecutor, no one has been arrested so far in the case of a confrontation between a woman and a cleric in a clinic.

The prosecutor of Qom announced the continuation of investigations in this case and denied reports about the sealing of the clinic or the revocation of its license.
Yesterday, a video was circulated on social media showing a woman without a headscarf getting into a confrontation with a cleric who appears to be filming her while she is breastfeeding her baby, and she tries to take his phone. This video has sparked widespread reactions.
Some legal experts on social networks have deemed filming individuals without their permission as illegal and prohibited, while some users have praised the courage and stance of this woman against the cleric in the city of Qom.
Many users have seen this video as indicative of new societal realities following last year’s protests in Iran.
