Rafael Grossi: Iran’s nuclear negotiations have been halted, and the nuclear dossier is currently a secondary priority.
The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency said that regional developments have halted negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program, and currently, there is no negotiation channel in this regard.
Grossi said that until the situation in the Strait of Hormuz and other regional issues are clarified, Iran’s nuclear dossier will remain a secondary priority. However, the agency’s contacts with Tehran and Washington continue.
He also said that Iran’s uranium reserves are essentially in the same position as they were during the 12-day war, and the nuclear facilities have suffered significant damage in military attacks.
Grossi also said regarding reports of potential nuclear activity in Mount Kalang that there is no solid evidence to confirm this issue, and the overall status of Iran’s nuclear dossier has not fundamentally changed compared to previous months.
