Raisi’s Government Plan to Attract Non-Iranian Elites
The information base of the Iranian government announced on Monday the issuance of a regulation supporting non-Iranian elites by Mohammad Mokhber, the first vice president of Ebrahim Raisi.
According to this regulation, non-Iranian elites, if they meet the elite criteria, will enjoy citizenship privileges except for receiving Iranian nationality and holding significant governmental positions.
According to the text issued by the first vice president of Iran, eligible non-Iranian elites can obtain work permits and business licenses and use all banking services similar to Iranian citizens. Additionally, their conditions for continuing education in Iranian universities will be similar to those of Iranian citizens.
This regulation emphasizes that non-Iranian elites included in this plan can apply for services such as obtaining driver’s licenses, SIM cards, insurance services, and company establishment. They will also benefit from entry and exit privileges to Iran similar to Iranian citizens.
