Raisi’s Government Plan to Attract Non-Iranian Elites

The information base of the Iranian government announced on Monday the issuance of a regulation supporting non-Iranian elites by Mohammad Mokhber, the first vice president of Ebrahim Raisi.

According to this regulation, non-Iranian elites, if they meet the elite criteria, will enjoy citizenship privileges except for receiving Iranian nationality and holding significant governmental positions.
