Raisi Reopened Several Projects

Raisi re-inaugurated several projects

Ebrahim Raisi traveled to Kurdistan province from Thursday to inaugurate several important and key projects.

During this trip, Saqqez Airport, which was built during the previous government, was inaugurated with a demonstration flight by Ebrahim Raisi.

Sanandaj Industrial City 4 is among the other projects planned for inauguration during this trip. This industrial city was inaugurated in 2020.

Another major project inaugurated by Raisi was the Hamedan-Kurdistan railway project, of which only 7 kilometers were completed by this government.

Although government-supporting news agencies wrote about the inauguration of the Cheragh Vays Dam during Raisi’s government, as Hassan Rouhani announced in the final days of the previous government, the Cheragh Vays Dam was soon to be inaugurated, and the operations of this dam were in the final stages.

Some other water supply projects had also progressed significantly during the previous government. During this trip, there was also mention of the inauguration of 5,800 housing units, the details and specifics of which are not very clear.
