Reuters: Disruption of Middle Eastern flights continues, some airlines have resumed flights
Despite the gradual resumption of flights by some airlines, disruptions in Middle Eastern air routes and flights between Europe and Asia continue.
According to a Reuters report, many airlines outside the Persian Gulf region are still altering their flight paths to avoid passing through Middle Eastern airspace.
Meanwhile, a number of European and Asian airlines have suspended their flights to destinations including Tel Aviv, Dubai, Doha, Riyadh, Beirut, Baghdad, Erbil, and Tehran for weeks or months ahead.
British Airways, Air France, KLM, Delta, and Air Canada are among the airlines that have kept some of their regional flights suspended.
In contrast, some airlines including Malaysia Airlines have announced plans for a limited resumption of flights, and Qantas Australia has increased its flight capacity to Europe.
