Ismaeil Khodayari, a resident teacher in Qazvin, was sentenced to early retirement with a reduction in a group related to the ranking of teachers on charges of promoting against the system by the Initial Offenses Board of Administrative Violations.

According to the announcement of the Coordination Council of Iranian Cultural Associations, Mr. Khodayari, an English language teacher in Khormdasht, was arrested during the protests and later released on temporary bail.

In the past months, a number of university professors have been forced to retire early without receiving full pension. Sousan Safaverdi, one of these professors, was mentioned as a result of the recent action by Azad University under the title of settlement and cleansing.
