Russian army’s artillery attack on a residential area

Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, in a video message released on the evening of Tuesday, February 21, condemned the deadly Russian artillery attack on the city of Kherson in southern Ukraine.

On the morning of Wednesday, February 22, the German news agency reported that the war continues on all fronts on the eve of the anniversary of the Russian invasion on February 24, 2022.

In his video message, Zelensky emphasized that the Russian attack on Kherson had no military target. He said this attack, like thousands of similar Russian attacks, is a real message to the entire world.

In the Russian army’s artillery attack on a residential area and a bus station in Kherson, at least six people were killed and 12 were injured.

The Southern Ukraine Operations Command has stated that Russian forces in Kherson attacked homes, critical infrastructure facilities, a kindergarten, a hospital, and vehicles.

Zelensky further added in his video message that the terrorist Russian government is trying to conquer the world by shelling.
