Russian Deputy Foreign Minister: We will not participate in peace talks with Ukraine

Mikhail Galuzin, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, announced on Thursday, July 21, in an interview with the country’s state news agency, that Moscow is aware of Ukraine’s proposals to resume peace talks but will not participate in these negotiations.

He said from Russia’s perspective, this meeting will only focus on the proposals of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and other peace initiatives will be ignored.
