Saeed Gholamian, lawyer of Ali Moslehi, sentenced to more than 6 years in prison

Saeed Gholamian, the lawyer of Ali Moslehi, was sentenced to more than 6 years in prison.

The lawyer of Ali Moslehi, a journalist from Kashan, reported that his client was sentenced to more than six years in prison in two separate cases.

Saeed Gholamian wrote on his account on the X network that the Revolutionary Court of Kashan sentenced Mr. Moslehi to 15 months and one day in prison for insulting the leader, and to 7 months and one day for propaganda against the regime.

According to his writing, Mr. Moslehi was also sentenced by the Criminal Court 2 of Kashan to 3 years and one month for insulting sacred values and to one year and 3 months for spreading lies.

According to Mr. Gholamian, the issued verdict can be suspended for five years.

Ali Moslehi was arrested by security forces in this city on the 29th of Tir and was transferred from the detention center of the Kashan Intelligence Department to the city’s prison in Mordad of this year, and in Mehr, he was released from Kashan prison by posting a bail of one billion Tomans.
