The appeal of Sahand Nourmohammadzadeh was accepted

The Public Relations of the Supreme Court announced that the appeal of the defendant Sahand Nourmohammadzadeh, one of the defendants in the recent unrest, was accepted.

The appeal of the aforementioned against the verdict issued by the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Tehran was deemed valid by the Supreme Court, and the appealed verdict was annulled according to Clause 4, Paragraph B of Article 469 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and the case was referred to a parallel branch of the Revolutionary Court for review.
