On the eve of the World Economic Forum meeting in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi government warned in a special session about the negative consequences of the Gaza war on the global economy.
Prince Faisal bin Farhan, the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia, said during the special two-day World Economic Forum meeting in Riyadh, the capital of the country, that the international community has failed in addressing the Gaza crisis.
Mohammed Al-Jadaan, the Finance Minister of Saudi Arabia, said in a six-party Arab session on Sunday, April 29, that the Gaza war, along with the conflicts in Ukraine and other places, has put a lot of pressure on the global economic environment while the region needs stability.
Faisal Ibrahim, the Minister of Economic Planning in the Saudi government, also mentioned on Saturday, referring to the difficult situation in the world and the efforts of countries to end the Gaza war, that a miscalculation could exacerbate our challenges.
