Sentences for those involved in the Crescent case have been issued
The head of the judiciary said that those who needed to be prosecuted for the Crescent case have been prosecuted and sentences have been issued for them.
Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei added that in the judiciary, attention has been paid to both aspects: legal action has been taken against those who committed violations in the initial signing or execution of the contract, and the legal consequences of the contract’s termination in international courts have been pursued.
Ejei emphasized that multiple rulings have been issued against the Islamic Republic of Iran in foreign courts, and with each day of delay in settlement, the amount of damages is increasing.
The head of the judiciary noted that this issue has been raised multiple times in different governments, and some have suggested resolving the case through compromise, but it has been warned that any hasty agreement could threaten national interests.
