Several representatives denied their disqualification.

The official state news agency’s announcement of the disqualification of some representatives prompted reactions from those who are said to have been disqualified.

Seyed Ahmad Rasoulinejad, the representative of Damavand in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, who was reportedly disqualified, denied this news and said, ‘The news of my disqualification is false; I have been approved.’

Additionally, Allahverdi Dehghani, the representative of the people of Varzeqan in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, also denied the news of his disqualification and said, ‘The news of my disqualification is a rumor; I have been approved.’

Allahverdi Dehghani from the Varzeqan electoral district, Seyed Ahmad Rasoulinejad from the Damavand and Firouzkouh electoral district, Hassan Mohammadyari from the Talesh and Rezvanshahr electoral district, Ali Karimi Firouzejayi from the Babol electoral district, and Rahmatollah Firoozi Pourbadi from the Natanz and Qamsar district denied the news of their disqualification.
